Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in every order from The Great Stoic. In addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, we offer a 30-day return period.

30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To request a return, contact us at support@thegreatstoiccoins.com and include your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product should be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received. You may inspect and handle the product to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature and characteristics.

We reserve the right to reduce a refund where permitted by applicable law if a product has lost value because it has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product to us.

Original shipping charges are not refundable under our voluntary 30-day return policy, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at support@thegreatstoiccoins.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide an appropriate remedy without additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction providing a statutory right of withdrawal, your legal rights apply independently of our voluntary 30-day return policy.

For qualifying distance purchases in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason.

After notifying us that you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you must return the goods within the period required by applicable law.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, we will reimburse the payments required by applicable law, including the cost of standard delivery where applicable. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, as permitted by law.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or applicable law requires us to bear that cost.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
